fordelingsmekanisme.</p><p><b>Definition:</b> fordeling, der sikrer at en ansøger kun tildeles en studieplads og at denne studieplads er den højest mulige prioritet</p><p><b>Forklaring:</b> En fordelingsmekanisme der på baggrund af uddannelsinstutionernes rangering af ansøgningerne og ansøgernes prioritering af uddannelser, tildeler de udbudte studiepladser til ansøgerne, således at de højest får tilbudt en plads og på den højest mulige af ansøgerens prioriteter. I forbindelse med KOT-Optagelsen tildeles ventepladser (stand-by) efter samme metode som almindelige studiepladser.
På bacheloruddannelser tilbydes højest én studieplads på tværs af uddannelsesinstitutioner.
På kandidatuddannelser  foretages fordelingen på institutionsniveau, således at ansøgeren højest får tilbudt én studieplads pr. uddannelsesinstitution de har søgt.</p><p><b>Term (en):</b> allocation of study places</p><p><b>Synonym (en):</b> distribution of study places</p><p><b>Definition (en):</b> allocation that ensures that an applicant is only allocated to  one study place and that this study place is the applicant's highest possible priority</p><p><b>Forklaring (en):</b> An allocation mechanism which based on the education institutions' ranking of applications and the applicants' priorities of study programmes allocates the offered study places to the applicants. The applicants are only allocated one study place which is the highest possible among the applicant's priorities. In connection with the Coordinated Admission, the standby places are distributed according to the same method as ordinary study places. At the bachelor programmes, only one study place is offered across the education institutions.
